This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). It tells you what records Rulo Padel holds and how to request access to them.

3. The PAIA Guide

The Information Regulator has published a guide on how to use PAIA. It is available in all official languages from the Information Regulator, SALU Building, 316 Thabo Sehume Street, Pretoria, and at inforeg.org.za.

Product information, prices, our terms and conditions, our privacy policy and this manual are freely available on this website without a formal PAIA request.

6. How to request a record

  1. Complete Form 2 of the PAIA regulations (available from inforeg.org.za) and send it to the Information Officer at rulopadel.business@gmail.com.
  2. Provide enough detail to identify the record and yourself, and state the right you are seeking to exercise or protect.
  3. Pay the prescribed request fee and, where applicable, the access fee. The current prescribed fees are set out in the PAIA regulations.
  4. We will decide within 30 days and tell you in writing. You may appeal a refusal to a court or complain to the Information Regulator.

7. Grounds for refusal

Access may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA, including the mandatory protection of another person's privacy, the commercial information of a third party, and records privileged from production in legal proceedings.
